If you are exhausted, frustrated and struggling, let me just say where you are now is not your fault. Our modern lifestyle is not designed to promote health. There is so much confusing and conflicting advice out there, and you are doing your best to make healthy choices in a sick environment.

Gut health is integral to just about every aspect of wellness, including neurotransmitter production, hormone balance, and immune system function.

Gastrointestinal dysfunction can contribute to many issues. What we are not properly digesting, we are not absorbing. Over time this can lead to chronic nutrient deficiencies, which affects hormonal health.

  • This is not a quick fix, or band-aide. If you are experiencing health issues, those took YEARS to develop. It won’t be undone in a week; this is at least a three-month commitment to the process.

    To be clear, I am not a weight-loss coach, nor do I promote weight loss. As a byproduct of consistent sleep, a properly functioning digestive system, cleaning up the diet, and prioritizing movement, it is possible you will experience weight loss but that is never the primary goal. The goal is WELLNESS.
